How fast do you ship?

We process orders within 1 business day and ship from Marlborough, Massachusetts Monday through Friday via USPS ground advantage - Transit times will depend on the location typically packages arrive within 3-5 business days

Do you ship Internationally?

For now we only ship within the USA possibly will be adding Canada and Mexico soon.

What is your return policy?

As we 3d-print all items ON DEMAND, all sales of 3D printed items are final with the exception of the AQUA Spectrometer. The instrument comes with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. To be eligible the warranty stickers must be intact. If you tamper or open the instrument the warranty coverage will be voided.

The instrument has a 7 day return window as long as the warranty stickers were not removed or tampered with and the instrument was not used and is in the same condition as shipped. A full refund will be issued upon return of the instrument. (you pay the shipping label back to us)

The timer starts on the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
